Honesty, silver dollar plant, money plant, or lunaria are some of the names of this botanical beauty! Its papery seed pods make the perfect cyanotype print, too. In this piece some of the pods have not shed their outer layers yet and appear solid white while others are translucent.

The complementary colors of blue and orange work beautifully together and add a pop of color to any space. Pale blue eyelet fabric and coarse indigo linen add textural and visual interest.

Medium: hand-printed textiles including: cyanotype, wet cyanotype, rust prints, and decolorant on upcycled fabrics. Linen/cotton borders are neatly stretched over a sturdy wood and canvas frame.

Framing/display: This piece does not need framing. The deep profile, linen-wrapped support frame is sturdy, light weight and sophisticated in appearance. It comes ready to hang with finger-friendly Softstrand coated picture wire and supplied hanging hardware.
