Clarity: the quality of transparency or purity.

This collage feels clean, light-filled, and fresh like a morning walk on the beach. It invites you to rest, relax a little, and just breathe.

It’s made entirely of 1” paper squares in pastel patches of aqua, green, and gold arranged in classic nine-patch blocks. Many of the other squares appear *white* but if you look closely you’ll see nuanced tones of cream, ivory, and warm grey with lots of interesting marks and textures.

Clarity is minimalist and contemporary, but with a nod to traditional quilts. Its slender shape would work well in a narrow spot in your home. This piece can be hung horizontally above a desk or countertop, or vertically on a slim wall.

Framing/display: Clarity is unframed and ready to hang with picture wire and protectors on the lower corners. The edges of the wood panel have been sanded smooth and carefully sealed with 3 coats of satin polyurethane.
