The summer solstice is the longest day of the year – what images does that evoke? Summer sunshine, warm evenings, sprinklers and wading pools, and of course abundant, green growth. I’m celebrating all of that and more in this collection.
The rich deep tones of this print remind me of walking through fields of delicate dry grass on a summer night… a slight crunch… seeds scattering at your feet… waiting for the moon to rise.
